This is one of the last Atari 130XEs made for the NTSC market. This one came from Mexico, and it is well known that this run had broken GTIA chips. Some of the graphics modes have issues but these can be rectified by replacing the chip. The plans for this one is to eventually add a PAL GTIA chip to play later European games.
