Reached out to Brock over at Everymac.com with a bit of a mystery. I purchased a G4 iMac back in ’22 at the VCFMW. However, the model # seems to be fairly unique. It’s an M6498 which is correct, but it’s an EMC 1987 which Googling doesn’t seem to pull back much. Plus it came standard with 512MB of RAM which was also not standard. I’m guessing a BTO, but maybe the fediverse has more insight?
