Hot take – The Apple IIe Platinum looks far better than the original Apple II. Maybe it’s my age.. but I always felt that it looked more ‘professional’ instead of just made of cobbled together parts.
Anyways, this one was marked as ‘untested’ and very luckily worked fine. It came with a 64K 80 column card, a Super Serial Card, a DB-19 Disk Controller. This is going to replace the older IIe in my computer room.
