Latest acquisition was a TRS-80 3.5″ Disk Drive for the Model 12 from a hamfest for $5! In typical fashion, the drive melt has turned into a bunch of goo. Luckily, drive belts are still available and relatively easy to replace – after you spend time cleaning up all remnants of the belt.
